1 TPD Edible Oil Refinery Plant

The HY Oiltech 1 TPD Edible Oil Refinery Plant is a compact and efficient solution for upgrading crude vegetable oils into cleaner, more stable and higher-quality refined edible oil. Designed for small-scale and commercial oil processing, this refinery line has a processing capacity of approximately 1 ton of crude oil per day.

The complete refining process can include degumming, deacidification, bleaching/decolorization, deodorization and dewaxing, depending on the characteristics of the crude oil and the required final oil quality.

The system is constructed with stainless steel processing tanks, pipelines, pumps and supporting equipment, providing a hygienic and practical solution for edible oil refining.

Complete Oil Refining Process

Crude Oil → Degumming → Deacidification → Bleaching → Dewaxing → Deodorization → Refined Edible Oil

The actual process configuration can be customized according to the type of oil, crude oil quality and customer's final product requirements.

1. Degumming

Removes phospholipids and other gum-forming impurities from crude oil, helping improve oil stability and prepare the oil for subsequent refining stages.

2. Deacidification

Reduces free fatty acids (FFA) and helps improve the taste, stability and quality of the refined oil.

3. Bleaching / Decolorization

Uses suitable adsorbents to remove pigments, residual impurities and other color bodies, producing lighter and cleaner oil.

4. Dewaxing

Removes waxes from oils that contain significant wax content, helping improve clarity and prevent cloudiness during storage or at lower temperatures.

5. Deodorization

Uses controlled heating and vacuum treatment to remove undesirable odors and volatile compounds, producing refined oil with a cleaner taste and aroma.
